[He takes the opportunity to brush her hair away from her face, smiling at her with a predator’s grin.]

Laura blushed, averting her eyes. “He… he threw it all out, and told me I was not allowed to make any more. Maybe you could convince him otherwise, but…. I do not wish to make him angry again.”, she said, sounding as if she had to fear him.
How unfortunate.
[He sighs, perhaps feeling sorry for Laura, perhaps feeling sorry for the calming tea. Who knows?]
But you see, don’t you, little bird? He doesn’t understand your needs. And until you set yourself free, you’ll never be truly happy.

She cared not of impressions or appearances. All that she ever thought of was pleasing him and doing whatever it took. If he was impressed it only meant she got bonus points. Her intertwined grasp firmed and she looked at him with bright intensity.[Lau had always been a picture of frivolity. Of a certain hedonism, of gluttony unrestrained by anything like pesky morality. And today is no different. Her silent declaration of loyalty quite stirred him, in fact.
He shifts his hips under hers, and twines his fingers with Ranmao’s.]
My kitten. You never fail to impress, do you?
[He leans forward, the distance closing, suddenly nipping at her lips with a restlessness unlike before. His grin widens, so that his cheeks dimple with a hidden mirth.]
You’re mine. Always mine. You know that right?
Her lips part softly as she rests her hands on his shoulders. She nods once as her eyes become half-lidded.
“Always.”[He was always and continually impressed by his kitten’s loyalty, her diligence in serving him in whatever ways he might think up. She cared only for his happiness: the perfect assassin.
He was always pleased with her. But especially when she looked at him like that.]
Good kitten.
Then while we are here, you will be my eyes and ears. You will see everything, hear everything. And like a cat in the night, we will wait to pounce.
